Course Information
Description	An overview of the skills and knowledge necessary for the field of cosmetology.
Prerequisites	None

Attendance Policy	ATTENDANCE POLICY Regular class attendance is important to the attainment of the educational objectives of the college. The cosmetology program has formulated an attendance policy that is consistent with the objectives of the program and the needs of the student to fulfill all necessary requirements needed. Poor attendance is a leading reason for termination from a job in all areas of employment. With this factor in mind, the instructor monitors student course activity daily. Attendance is 10% of your overall grade, and will be monitored daily. (Online & Face to ANY COSMETOLOGY LAB DAYS MISSED MUST BE MADE UP. Academic Honesty	Academic honesty is expected from all students, and dishonesty in any form will not be tolerated. Please consult the LSC-PA policies (Section IX, subsection A, in the Faculty Handbook) for consequences of academic dishonesty.
Facility Policies	No food or tobacco products are allowed in the classroom. Only students enrolled in the course are allowed in the classroom, except by special instructor permission. Use of electronic devices is prohibited.
